MHIMA Spring Conference –
April 17-19th Meeting Has Been Postponed to May 27-29th
As you are all aware, there are many restrictions in place due to the COVID-19 virus. At this time, the MHIMA Spring Conference for April 17-19th has been postponed to May 27-29th. We understand this will result in many questions so please continue to review the below information. We appreciate your patience as we address questions fully.
We are currently working with the Delta Colonial Hotel in Helena. In the meantime the conference website will be updated with new registration information. We know that there is ongoing uncertainty regarding whether the Covid-19 pandemic will be sufficiently cleared by the end of May, so we will be monitoring the situation weekly. If it becomes clear that the May dates are not advisable, be assured we will provide you plenty of notice concerning a subsequent cancellation if that should be necessary.
What if I reserved a room?
If you reserved a room in our block at the host hotel, they will move the reservations to the new dates. If you are unable to attend the conference in May, please contact Delta Hotels Helena Colonial at 406-443-2100 to cancel your reservation.
What if I cannot attend the conference in May and I have already paid my registration?
If you paid by credit card you can go to this link and cancel your registration. If cancellation is necessary, we ask that you do this before April 3rd, 2020 so your credit card will be immediately refunded. If you miss the April 3rd deadline, no worries, we can still process your refund manually and we will do that as needed, particularly if we must cancel the postponed conference.
What if I go to my conference registration and it says the event is closed?
The event may temporarily be closed while we work to update the dates, speakers, etc. This will be done as soon as we receive confirmation from all parties involved in the conference. Please check back the following day if this happens to you.
